Your little world
stays yours.
This privacy policy describes Miniature Sheets for iPhone and iPad, operated by Dmytro Polianskyi. Contact: developer@spacian.app.
Artwork and projects
Photos, PDF sources, crops, piece names and projects are processed and saved on your device. Miniature Sheets does not upload them to an app server or analytics provider. You choose individual photos through Apple’s photo picker or files through Files; the app does not scan your photo library.
Your device’s normal backup settings may include app files. Imported files from a cloud file provider may need to download through that provider. Exporting, sharing or printing sends the output to the destination you choose; those services and your printer have their own practices. Keep a backup before uninstalling, which removes the app’s local files.
Optional usage analytics
Basic analytics is off by default. If you enable “Share basic usage analytics” in Settings, Amplitude receives selected actions such as starting a session, creating or opening a project, completing an import or export, export failure, encountering the free limit, opening the Studio offer, purchase outcomes, restore completion and an attempt to invoke Apple’s rating prompt.
Events include a random per-installation identifier, event identifier and time, app version, platform, environment and event/offer schema versions. This lets us understand where the app helps people and where a workflow fails. We do not send artwork, filenames, project or piece names, photo contents, error-message text, advertising identifiers or precise location. There is no session replay, behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking. We supply a blank IP value for analytics enrichment; network services still necessarily handle connection information while receiving requests.
Turning analytics off stops new collection, clears queued events and removes the local analytics identifier. Re-enabling creates a new identifier. This does not automatically delete data already delivered. While analytics is enabled, Settings displays the identifier you can include in a deletion request to developer@spacian.app. Do not send your artwork for this request. We use analytics only to operate and improve this app; access is limited to the operator and service providers. Data is retained while needed for that purpose and subject to the provider’s settings and applicable deletion obligations. Amplitude’s privacy information describes its service practices and international processing.
Purchases and ratings
Apple processes Studio purchases. We use StoreKit’s verified purchase status to provide and restore access. We do not receive your card details. Optional purchase-flow analytics describes app outcomes, not your payment credentials or receipt contents. Purchases, restore and your saved work function independently of analytics consent.
The app stores export-session counts and rating-request history locally to avoid interrupting you too often. Apple decides whether to display its rating prompt; the app does not know whether you submitted a rating or which rating you gave.
Support and your choices
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and resolve problems, and retain it as needed for support and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold by contacting developer@spacian.app. Rights depend on your location; you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
You can use the core app without creating an account or enabling analytics. The app is a general craft utility and is not directed specifically to children. We do not sell personal information.
This website and changes
This support website contains no advertising, analytics scripts, forms or tracking cookies added by us. Its hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. We may update this policy when the app changes; the effective date above identifies this version.
